Objection

If you do not want Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. to produce your records, including your contact information, all applicable contracts, profit participation statements, correspondence, audits, and other documents, you must object on or before March 4, 2016. You can do so by indicating on the pre-addressed and postage-prepaid postcard you received with the notice of this class action that you do not consent. You must mail the postcard via U.S. Postal Service so that it is postmarked no later than March 4, 2016.

Alternatively, you can communicate your objection by clicking on the below link and filling out the information and submitting your objection online. If you indicate your objection to the production of such information and documents, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. will not produce them unless the Court later directs Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. to do so.

Note: If you received a notice for more than one studio and wish to object, you will need to respond to each notice by either mailing in the postcard provided by that studio or objecting via the website address indicated on that studio’s notice.
